Optimistic and dynamic, he is always willing to share with you his passion for history and to tell you about the secrets of Madrid. He still is researcher for creating new tours and improve them. He was born in La Mancha (Spain), land of dreamers, land of Don Quixote. As Don Quixote did, he has lived many adventures in different cities of the world. He has worked as a guide and cultural mediator in San Francisco, Paris and London. He is art historian, always looking for beauty, and this is the reason why he decided to stay in Madrid, the beautiful, inside and out. He is passionate about this hussy city, its artistic heritage and especially about the special way to enjoy life here. Yes, he prefer Madrid. Why? Well... PhD cum laude and degree in History and Theory of Art from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). Since 2006, Ana Llorente has worked in the creation and development of cultural and tourist activities in Museums and street routes for public and private institutions. Specialist in history and theory of design, fashion, and architecture, since 2015, she works as a professor for the Diploma in Communication and Fashion Management of Complutense University of Madrid and Camilo Jose Cela University. Editor since 2017 of the magazine Visión Doble of the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras, she is also a researcher. |
